Who we are

360Disruption is a private company. It is not a government body and does not speak for Ajman Chamber, ministries or free zones.

What we collect

• Identity and contact data you send: name, title, company, email, phone, nationality where relevant to licensing.
• Company-file data required to qualify and execute a mandate: product, ownership, regulatory status, commercial terms you choose to share.
• Technical data from the website: IP address, browser, pages viewed, approximate location, cookie identifiers.
• Correspondence: email, WhatsApp and meeting notes tied to a file.

We do not buy or sell consumer marketing lists.

Why we use it

• To answer an enquiry and decide whether a file is a fit.
• To perform a paid Discovery or Activation mandate.
• To introduce you, with your knowledge, to a regulator, free zone, distributor or other execution partner required by that mandate.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To meet legal and accounting duties in the UAE.

Legal bases under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) are typically contract, legitimate interest in running the desk, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.

Who else sees it

We share personal data only as required to run the file:

• Professional advisers (legal, accounting, immigration) under duty of confidence.
• Hosting, email and analytics providers that process data on our instructions.
• Regulators, free zones, chambers or counterparties you have agreed we may approach — limited to what that step needs.

We do not sell personal data.

Where it goes

Files often involve people and companies in the UAE, Europe, North America and other markets. Data may leave the UAE when the file requires it (for example a US founder corresponding with an Ajman desk). We use the safeguards available for that transfer and keep the file on a need-to-know basis.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: while the conversation is active, then a short archive. Contracted files: for the mandate and the retention period required by UAE commercial and tax rules. Website logs: for a limited operational period. We then delete or anonymise.

Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies to function and may use analytics cookies to see which pages are read. You can block non-essential cookies in the browser. The site may not remember preferences if you do.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to certain processing, subject to legal exceptions. Write to compliance@360disruption.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security and changes

We apply access control and ordinary commercial security. No method is perfect. If a breach requires notice under UAE law, we will notify as required.
